Products, prices and availability

Product photos, descriptions, colours and dimensions are provided to help customers evaluate items. Small visual or measurement differences may occur between product batches.

Prices and stock can change. Where the website says “Confirm current stock”, availability is not guaranteed until Sancity confirms it.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order creates an order request. An order is not treated as paid until the submitted M-Pesa transaction is verified by Sancity.

For M-Pesa payments through Equity, customers should use the payment instructions displayed at checkout and verify that the recipient details are correct before confirming payment. Sancity will never ask for an M-Pesa PIN.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery charges are either calculated from a configured delivery zone or confirmed manually before payment. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by distance, traffic, stock confirmation and courier availability.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate phone number, delivery location and any access details needed to complete delivery.

Promotions

Promo codes may have minimum spend, start and expiry dates, usage limits or other conditions shown at checkout. Discounts apply only when the server validates the code.

Sancity may pause or end a promotion where necessary, but an already accepted and paid order will not be changed solely because a promotion later ends.

Returns, problems and cancellations

If an item is damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, contact Sancity promptly with the order reference and supporting photos where appropriate.

Return, replacement or refund eligibility is confirmed case by case and subject to applicable consumer rights. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or analytics systems, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false payment or order information.

Sancity may update these terms as the store, checkout or fulfilment processes change. The current version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
