Cookie Policy

Essential browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage for shopping features such as the cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and your saved cookie preference. These functions are treated as essential because they are needed to provide the shopping experience you request.

Optional analytics

Anonymous analytics is optional and only starts after you choose Allow analytics. It can record product views, searches, cart activity, checkout use, WhatsApp clicks and placed orders so Sancity can understand demand and improve the store.

Where a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics is also loaded only after analytics consent is granted.

Changing your choice

You can reopen the consent controls at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Choosing Essential only stops optional analytics from being recorded by the storefront.

Privacy

For information about customer, order and payment-verification data, read the Sancity Mall KE Privacy Policy. Privacy questions can be sent to Sancitymallke@gmail.com or through the store WhatsApp contact.
